Look Okay...Feel Crap

is an online resouce which offers a wealth of resources aimed at young people experiencing depression.

Visitors can talk in the forum, join the monthly live chat and share stories and goals. Look OK... Feel Crap? offers lifeskills courses as well as confidential support online and in the community.

Other resources include:

  • free life skills courses in Glasgow for people with depression and low mood
  • research into a computer program to help depression and anxiety
  • report into the link between unemployment and depression in the young
  • you can find out more about depression, its symptoms and causes and take a self-testto get an idea if you have depression
  • find out more about getting help for depression and the options available to you
  • you can talk in the forum, share your story, artwork and creative writing, vote in their poll and set a goal for the future
