We currently employ around 75 paid staff, a mixture of part-time and full-time staff across our services in Lanarkshire.

Our services are separated geographically into North and South Lanarkshire areas and all services within respective areas are overall managed by relevant Regional Managers, Ruth Kelly in North and Hugh Cairns in South.

Both Regional Managers report directly to our Board of Directors and are also responsible for the overall running of the organisation.
